Coconut Tofu Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
  • 400 g soft tofu, water drained
  • ¼ cup raw cacao
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300 ml coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Pour in 4 bowls.
  2. Put the bowls in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  3. Serve the pudding chilled. You can mix in slices of fruit and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
  4. Store it in the fridge up to 3 days.
