Today I am sharing with you a smoothie that takes less than 5 minutes to blend and pour into glasses. We usually enjoy it in the morning as part of breakfast, but sometimes we make it in the afternoon as a snack when we need a pick-me-up. It is delicious anytime, so go and make it and feel good about offering your whole family a tasty smoothie full of nutrients.
This Kiwi Banana Avocado Smoothie is rich in:
- Vitamin C, vitamin K, copper, and fiber from kiwis
- Healthy fats from avocado and coconut milk
- Vitamin B6, manganese, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber from bananas
- Many vitamins and minerals from spinach
Kiwi Banana Avocado Smoothie
Makes 4 cups
Ingredients
3 kiwis
2 medium bananas
1 avocado
½ cup packed spinach – frozen or fresh
200 ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon hemp seeds – optional
Instructions
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with hemp seeds if you want to add more healthy fats and protein to your smoothie. Enjoy!

This looks really yummy, Alina! I’ll have to leave out the kiwi (allergy) but I think I’ll pick up the rest of the ingredients the next time I’m out to give it a try.
Thank you, Jessica! Try and replace kiwi with something else. Maybe strawberries or oranges if you are not allergic to them. The tartness and sweetness (and the vitamin C :)) of kiwi can be successfully replaced by these two fruits that I mentioned.
