Today I am sharing with you a smoothie that takes less than 5 minutes to blend and pour into glasses. We usually enjoy it in the morning as part of breakfast, but sometimes we make it in the afternoon as a snack when we need a pick-me-up. It is delicious anytime, so go and make it and feel good about offering your whole family a tasty smoothie full of nutrients.

This Kiwi Banana Avocado Smoothie is rich in:

  • Vitamin C, vitamin K, copper, and fiber from kiwis

  • Many vitamins and minerals from spinach

This looks really yummy, Alina! I’ll have to leave out the kiwi (allergy) but I think I’ll pick up the rest of the ingredients the next time I’m out to give it a try.

Thank you, Jessica! Try and replace kiwi with something else. Maybe strawberries or oranges if you are not allergic to them. The tartness and sweetness (and the vitamin C :)) of kiwi can be successfully replaced by these two fruits that I mentioned.
