Ingredients: ground beef, corn, green peas, bean medley, pureed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, coconut oil, chili powder.
Serve it over a warm bed of brown rice, lentils, quinoa or millet. If gluten is not a problem for you, enjoy the chili with other grains such as barley, bulgur, etc.
Don’t forget to top your chili bowl with sour cream and avocado slices. Yum!
