Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl, adding one at a time in the order mentioned above.
Use your fingers to shape the cookies. I made round cookies.
Place the sugar cookies on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 17 minutes or until the cookies are lightly brown on the edges. Your oven might be different than mine. You might also make smaller cookies than mine. So please check the cookies often after the 7 minute mark.
Remove the sugar cookies from oven and allow them to cool.
Prepare the glaze while they cool off.
Dip the cooled sugar cookies in the chocolate glaze.
Place the cookies on a plate, 1 inch or so apart and then put them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the glaze to harden.
