Tasty Tuesday: Traditional Chicken Potato Salad

- 500 g (17.5 oz) potatoes boiled and cubed when cold
- 200 g (10.5 oz) dill pickles, cubed
- 1 chicken breast, boiled and cubed when cold
- 350 g (12.5 oz) carrots, boiled and cubed when cold
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Taste. Add more pickles if you want it tangier.
- Serve cold.
- The salad keeps in the fridge for up to 4 days.
