Cherry Strawberry Smoothie made with fresh or frozen cherries. Make it for your loved ones and they will love you even more (if that is even possible).
Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup cherries (frozen or fresh)
  • ½ cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 medium-sized bananas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 20 baby spinach leaves
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Enjoy with your loved ones.
