Tasty Tuesday: 3-ingredient Salmon Spread

3-ingredient Salmon Spread
  • 3 (160 g each) canned wild salmon, drained
  • ΒΌ cup + 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ⅓ packed cup + 2 tablespoons pickles, chopped very small
  1. Mix everything in a bowl with a fork, making sure that the mayonnaise and the pickles are well distributed.
  2. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Serve on crackers, toast, or in a wrap. Stuffed tomato or stuffed boiled eggs are tasty as well.
