Tasty Tuesday: 3-ingredient Salmon Spread

Serves: 2 cups
- 3 (160 g each) canned wild salmon, drained
- ΒΌ cup + 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ⅓ packed cup + 2 tablespoons pickles, chopped very small
- Mix everything in a bowl with a fork, making sure that the mayonnaise and the pickles are well distributed.
- Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Serve on crackers, toast, or in a wrap. Stuffed tomato or stuffed boiled eggs are tasty as well.
