Did you ever want a quick and easy solution to help your child poop? What if that solution is in fact a tasty and nutritious smoothie?

I want to help you and your child who does not poop every day! I created a yummy smoothie that you can offer your child as part of their breakfast. Give it a try and let me know how it went.

Add a source of protein to your child’s breakfast such as nuts and seeds, a boiled egg, chicken sausages, yogurt and cheese (if your child can have dairy), etc. Also, don’t forget to add a source of healthy fats too: avocado, nuts, seeds, olives, etc.

For example, you can offer this smoothie and mix in granola with nuts and seeds. As a side, serve avocado spread on toast or eaten with a spoon. Yummy!
