- 4 cups sprouted buckwheat groats (regular buckwheat groats work too)
- 4 cups coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 2 cups chia seeds
- 2 cups raisins
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 ½ cup hemp seeds
- 4 tablespoons cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients in a big bowl.
- This Nutritious Homemade Breakfast Cereal can be stored in the fridge in an air-tight container for 3 to 4 weeks.
