We usually enjoy it in the morning as part of breakfast, but sometimes we make it in the afternoon as a snack when we need a pick-me-up. This Kiwi Banana Avocado Smoothie is rich in:
- Vitamin C, vitamin K, copper, and fiber from kiwis
- Healthy fats from avocado and coconut milk
- Vitamin B6, manganese, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber from bananas
- Many vitamins and minerals from spinach
Kiwi Banana Avocado Smoothie
Makes 4 cups
2 medium bananas
½ cup packed spinach – frozen or fresh
200 ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon hemp seeds – optional
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with hemp seeds if you want to add more healthy fats and protein to your smoothie. Enjoy!
